How to set windows time with another Compuer ?

open CMD by runas administrator ,
then , run this command :
                                          net    time    /set    \\destinationserver
destinationserver  is  computer name or IP Address of target computer that you wanna  synchronize your time with. for example :

                                         net   time   /set   \\srv1
                                         or
                                         net   time   /set   \\192.168.1.3
